Join us for a conscious connected breathwork journey at Enredando in Fisterra. This two-hour session invites you to explore the power of your breath to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level.

    • Please bring cash, as card payments are not accepted.

Preparation

  • Avoid alcohol and drugs for 24 hours before your session

  • Get good rest the night before

  • Do not eat within one hour of the session

  • Wear comfortable clothing

This practice is not recommended if you have:

  • Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. angina, heart attack, stroke)

  • Severe asthma

  • Epilepsy

  • Pregnancy

  • Aneurysms, glaucoma, or retinal issues
